Machinery sales department is the company’s subdivision engaged in sales. There are always not less than 200 units of Freightliner Columbia, Century, FLD-120, Argosy tech-nique for sale on the site. There are company’s branches in Moscow, Krasnoyarsk, Irkutsk, Chita, Barnaul, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Khabarovsk, Neryungri.
Spare parts sales department of PTK has a great choice of details and materials. Parts for Freightliner, International, Kenworthtruck tractors, semitrailers of the USA origin, Detroit Diesel, Cummins, Caterpillar engines, Eaton, Fuller, Rockwell units and re-pair pieces for Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi heavy machinery are always available for sale. There are always more than 5000 names of spare parts and expendables at the de-partment warehouse.
Service center of PTK works for 7 days per week and provides regular and qualitative maintenance of the machinery. Service site with the space of more than 1500 m2 includes the repair box for 8 fixed stations for diesels and units repair, welding and turning shops and open parking place for the technique. Specialists certified by Freightliner, Eaton and Detroit Diesel work at the service center of the company.
PTK holds the annual dealer conference for its clients for the purpose of promo-tion of Freightliner, Detroit Diesel, Cummins brands in the Far-East and Siberia. This event per-mits to learn about the clients’ demands, to represent the new services and financial instruments for the purchase of the new equipment, to demonstrate the samples of the new machinery and to arrange interaction of the clients with the banks and leasing companies.
